About Tom Lukman, Mortgage Broker in Bedford, Nova Scotia

Tom loves working with first-time buyers, newcomers to Canada, self-employed clients, and people rebuilding their credit. He spent three years as a realtor before becoming a mortgage broker in 2026, and he holds a master's degree in accounting. Together, those give him a strong grasp of both the housing market and the numbers behind a mortgage.

Buying a home is a major financial decision, and Tom loves giving the advice and support that make the process as smooth as possible. He walks clients through each step and explains everything as simply as he can. He works with clients across Nova Scotia and virtually.
